Work is about to begin on an extension to one of our properties in Chichester. This property is owned by The Apuldram Centre and is a 3 bedded property.
WSCC will no longer fund 24 hour support in any property with less than 5 bedrooms (1 staff to 4 clients). At present we have two 3 bed properties which are 1 staff to 2 clients. In order for us to continue to support these 4 clients we had to find a large property in Chichester, not a cheap option! We therefore decided to extend our existing property and have received planning approval, have been out to tender and work commences on 15th August, the contractors are R Rawlins of Bognor Regis.
