Two long serving Apuldram staff said tearful farewells to the Apuldram Centre last month. Both Pam Porter and Rosie Peskett enjoyed leaving parties at the Centre as a little thank you for all their hard work over the years. Fish n chips were the order of the day for trainees and staff as we surprised Pam Porter with a retirement party on her last day after 11 years service. On the 30th April 2014, the Apuldram Centre also said goodbye to Rosie Peskett with a BBQ and drinks wishing her well in the future. See pictures and more details below.

Pam Porter’s Retirement last month from the Apuldram Centre was greeted with great sadness from both trainees and staff alike. Apuldram held a surprise leaving party to mark the occasion to wish her well in her retirement.

Trainees designed and signed a special Apuldram card to say thank you for Rosie’s hard work and wishing her well in the future. Rosie was presented with some I love shopping vouchers, a hanging basket made by the trainees, a bunch of flowers and a box of chocolates. It was a tearful farewell, with Rosie stating in her speech that she ‘felt blessed to be part of the Apuldram family and to have met all of the trainees over the past four years’.
