Hub Club Activity Support Worker

The Apuldram Centre is a rural day centre on the outskirts of Chichester, offering a range of adult social care activities that enable us to support adults with learning disabilities. We also run a Supported Living Service supporting up to 30 adults to live independently in their own tenancies throughout the Chichester area. In the Centre of Chichester we offer a community outreach drop in service (Hub Club) providing a wide range of activities for our most independent customers.

We have a vacancy for a Hub Club Activity Support Worker to support customers to access a rage of social and practical activities which provide opportunities for socialising and skills development.

The vacancy is forĀ 19 hours per week, working Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Previous experience of working with people with a learning disability is essential together with the ability to work flexibly and creatively with people who use our service and their families.
