Join Our Kitchen Team – Make a Difference Through Great Food!

We’re looking for a reliable and capable Café Kitchen Team Member to help keep our small, friendly café running smoothly on Fridays and Saturdays. You’ll prepare delicious, freshly made food using quality ingredients, keep our kitchen clean and safe, and take pride in delivering a high standard—even when working independently.

Based at the Apuldram Centre near Chichester, this is a great opportunity to be part of a warm, community-focused charity supporting adults with learning disabilities.

Hours:

  • Friday: 09:30 – 14:30

  • Saturday: 09:30 – 16:00

  • With potential for overtime

House Coordinator

Join Our Team – House Coordinator (Supported Living)
Chichester & Surrounding Areas | 40 hours per week | Sleep-in shifts available

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of supported living households, deliver one-to-one support to staff, and provide direct care and encouragement to tenants. Working closely with our Team Leader, you’ll support rota planning, household budgeting, activity coordination, and more—making a real difference every day.

Support Worker

Join Our Team as a Support Worker!
Location: Community-Based Supported Living Services (West Sussex)
Hours: Full-time / Part-time
Pay: £12.30 to £13.25 per hour, determined by qualification
