Rory has delegated authority from the Board of Trustees for the strategic and operational management of The Apuldram Centre. She is responsible for leading the organisation, stakeholder relations and making decisions on a wide range of issues to shape the organisation and its effectiveness.
Rory has worked in numerous management and leadership roles within the voluntary and community sector for a decade and serves as a Trustee for another charity.
